PRE-ASSEMBLED AND TESTED

COMPLETE ASSEMBLY

Comprises the complete assembly of the welding system including trolley, cooling unit, interconnecting hosepack, wirefeeder, accessories, and interfaces for manual and robot-assisted welding systems.

FOR MANUAL AND ROBOTIC WELDING

Available for manual and robotic welding systems in two different versions – “pre-assembled” (PA) and “pre-assembled and test welded” (PAT). PAT means that the welding torch and hosepack are also made ready to weld, before the system is then subsequently tested.

TIME AND COST SAVINGS

Time saving of up to 2.5 hours with a manual welding system and up to 6 hours with a robot-assisted welding system.

OPERATIONAL RELIABILITY

100% guarantee that the welding system is ready for use after delivery.
